University House Members and Guests are invited to a Muscat and Tokay Masterclass Presented by Prof. Geoff Scollary.
Geoff Scollary is a retired Foundation Professor of Oenology at Charles Sturt University and Foundation Director of the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre. He is a former convenor of the University House Tasting Panel and now writes a monthly ‘grapevine’ column for Chemistry in Australia.
The session will focus on muscat and muscadelle/topaque including rare and reserve styles.
